We manage a small collection of homes across Nashik, Deolali, and Mangalore, each designed to offer comfort without complication. The focus is on clean spaces, functional design, and a stay experience that feels consistent and dependable.
Over time, our properties have been trusted by guests across platforms like Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com and Agoda. At the same time, we continue to keep things personal by offering direct communication and support.
Whether you are travelling for a short break or a longer stay, the aim remains the same — to make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive.
Our Story
The idea behind Cucoo StayZ came from a problem our founders personally experienced. They owned holiday homes that remained vacant for most of the year. Renting them out permanently wasn't an option because they wanted the freedom to use them whenever they wished. However, maintaining an unused property became expensive, turning it into a depreciating asset.
To solve this, one of the founders decided to monetise his holiday home through short-term stays while still retaining ownership and flexibility. The model worked successfully. Soon, friends and other property owners facing the same challenge approached him to manage their holiday homes as well.
Recognising this growing need, two best friends partnered together to build Cucoo StayZ — a hospitality brand that helps property owners generate income from their holiday homes without giving up ownership, while providing travellers with warm, comfortable, and homely stay experiences.

A Civil Engineer and MBA in Business Management, Kashish brings together construction expertise and a creative mindset to shape every Cucoo Stayz experience. An entrepreneur at heart, he leads the brand's growth and marketing while ensuring every property feels thoughtfully designed, welcoming, and memorable. His passion for creativity reflects in every space guests call home during their stay.

A Civil Engineer with a strong construction background, Yash ensures every Cucoo Stayz property is maintained to the highest standards. Known for his disciplined approach and operational excellence, he focuses on delivering a seamless guest experience, making every stay comfortable, reliable, and hassle-free.
